Synopsis

Based on the generalisation of many years of research and the authors’ practical experience, this monograph presents scientific foundations for achieving consistently high lentil yields. It provides an in-depth analysis of biological traits and growth stages. International and national phenological scales are systematised and compared, forming the basis for technological recommendations and organisational measures for effective lentil cultivation.
